Stochelo Rosenberg is the main man behind the highly renowned Rosenberg Trio. His talent is supreme and his unique tremolo style punctuates impressive musical flourishes, clearly demonstrating that technique and emotion are not mutually exclusive. When tackling more traditional themes, he pays homage to Charlie Parker, Stevie Wonder or Jimmy Smith, all ‘swinged up’ in true gypsy style with a smattering of emotion, a slice of fun, and just a smidgeon of insanity.

Dorado Schmitt
Another exceptional guitar player, he ranks alongside the likes of Tchavalo as one of the ultimate references on the manouche musical landscape. His musical approach is full of tenderness and nuance. Through his great creativity he has enriched manouche music with oodles of charm and emotion such as in the piece ‘Bossa Dorado’ that has since become a classic. He’s also a very competent violinist and is equipped with an expressive and captivating voice to boot.
